Very dogie!
At the beginning the guy in charge is very nice but once the thing are collected everything changes..
They promise to deliver our goods in 48h instead it took them 100h;
Every single box was damage and most of the things inside, you can tell they treat them really bad and careless;
once thing that you are not expected when you contract the service and pay the deposit is that the rest of the money has to pay in cash..so you can't get them back if anything goes wrong;
The driver was very nice, but he is the one who throw thing around badly, the guy is basically a slave of the owner who threaten him to hurt is relatives back home if it doesn't what is ordered to do.
Once my wife received our goods at the beginning she refused to pay the balance due to all the damages until we came to an agreement with the owner; and the owner of the company instead of trying to solve the issues told his man to take with force as many boxes as he could and threaten physically my wife. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS.

I am so impressed with the service I received from VanOne. They have been available to me at every step of the process, which really helped to alleviate the anxiety that an international relocation can come with! Not only did they provide me with a reliable, affordable and friendly service, but they were also really happy to work with me in ensuring that the delivery was only made at a time that I could arrange someone to be at home. The online tracking of the van's progress was unfortunately not working, but Lennart kept me updated verbally so that I knew where my things were. My driver was Mitdo and he was so friendly and professional, I felt entirely assured that my possessions would be safe with him. Every step of this process was excellent, and I am really pleased with the experience I had. I recommend VanOne very highly!

Without Andrej, the driver and the customs clearance team, it would be tough to move to France with my British passport. I think more clarity is needed with their customs clearance process. Overall, I had good experience, especially with the driver who kindly helped bring all the heavy goods from the property and load them onto the van. I could not help much because I can't lift heavy items because of the injury I sustained some time ago. I would recommend vanOne if you are looking for simplicity and a low price.

I needed to move my belongings from my home in Vantaa, Finland to my new home in London last year. After quotes from several other moving companies, I decided to choose Vanone. I am highly impressed by the company's customer care and relationship with me as a client. It was a very cordial one. On communication, I rate Vanone as very efficient and transparent. Their staff is well-trained, well-mannered and always willing to help. Overall, I have had very good communication and interaction with Vanone staff, before the move, during the move and after my things arrived at destination. We resolved an issue on payment of balance that arose amicably and I was satisfied with the outcome. I have rated this transaction a 5 star and I will definitely recommend Vanone to my friends.

Having been letdown by our original moving company at very short notice we were forced to use vanone as no other more reputable companies could accommodate us due to the lateness of the hour. When our belongings arrived in spain from scotland, I was horrified to see the shocking damage to my beautiful cream retro fridgefreezer (only 6 months old) that had left my home with not so much as a fingerprint on it. My partner & the driver had carefully loaded it onto the very dirty van that was already full of someone else’s belongings (in very old & dirty plastic bags with the contents also very old & dirty clothes etc spilling out all over the floor). The van & driver that arrived in spain were different from the van & driver who collected our belongings. The damage obviously occurred when our belongings were transferred from one van to another at the depot. It looked as if they had thrown my beautiful glossy, cream coloured fridge from the van & subsequently dragged it along the ground. This has caused me a great deal of anxiety as it was damaged beyond repair. I have shed many tears over this. I am shocked & disgusted that they would treat my belongings in this way. I want to stress that this did not happen in transit or by accident, it was a deliberate disregard for someone else’s belongings. My cream coloured washing machine (also only 6 months old) was also damaged. There were also a number of expensive items missing that we didn’t notice until we moved into our new home in spain some months later. The cash is demanded before your belongings are unloaded,for obvious reasons. I trusted these people so I gladly handed over the money before my belongings were unloaded, even giving the guy a tip. It didn’t cross my mind that my things wouldn’t arrive in the same condition they left. Over the coming months, I had many conversations with the owner who refused point blank to accept any responsibility even though we had insurance & I sent him photos of the damage. I was further shocked to be informed that were he to pay our insurance claim, his drivers & their families in poland would suffer ie go without food etc. The start of our new life in spain was marred by this. I am still saddened by the loss of my beautiful new glossy retro fridge that I loved & have been unable to replace. It seems having insurance means nothing to these people though the appalling damage should not have happened in the first place. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS.

I arrange a removal with VanOne from London to Spain on August 2018. First of all, I had various failed attempts to contact by telephone and a couple of emails not responded in regards to some questions I had. I finally booked the service without speaking with anyone.

When the van driver arrived he pulled faces as he saw my goods. His van was messy and had to spend time to make room for my stuff.

He was reluctant to get in the house to get the boxes, so I had to push all the boxes to the front door and even help to lift them up in the van. Almost with every item I had to ask to take one more, because he was ready to finish and leave quickly.

The day before the delivery I sent the driver photos of the delivery place and parking space with instructions. He replied to acknowledge.

However, if service had to be arranged between 8-10am at 9am no one had come, and when talking to my Dad who was in the delivery location he said that he had seen a van parked with a driver sleeping on his way to my flat. It was the driver.

He arrived late, left the boxes in the building entrance (not the flat's door), went up to ask to be paid, ask for a bigger amount and as soon as he got paid he left, leaving all the stuff in the street.

I had asked two friends to help him and they had to do all the lifting up of three floors.

I called the Van One office to tell them about what happened and they got the driver to come back. However, he helped with 2 boxes (out of 15 plus furniture) and left again.

My parents and me were distress with the whole thing.

Me and my partner are planning to move to France and we booked a van with Vanone. We have placed a £300 deposit to secure our booking in January. We are now almost in April and we have decided not to go through witht the booking while finding out all the bad reviews. Our move was planned for the 15th of May so we wanted to leave enough notice to avoid losing our deposit. Little did we know that they actually keep 50% of your deposit in case of cancellation on our part. Giving us weird excuses that it is to cover the cost of advertising (which I never seen anywhere), cost of answering emails (which they never replied to any of mine) and finally the refund process. In my opinion this company is not to be trusted.

Terrible experience, they didn't have the correct paperwork and left my wife and son's personal items overnight at the border. I had to rent a van myself to go a pick up the items. Rude threatening behaviour from one of their managers who had less than zero understanding of their contract and their employees have told me. Total cowboys with really poor communication. Trust me, do yourselves a favour and stay clear of this company, it is not worth the pain for penny saving!

We chose the option to move 10m3 of personal belongings from Edinburgh to Belgium. The driver came at the agreed time and date. He was from Romania, so he spoke basic English and really good Spanish. In any case, more than good enough to do the job.

We had no problems with customs whatsoever by preparing the documents advised by VanOne.

The driver arrived at the destination the next day and he called me to let me know he was arriving. The tracking widget in the website was not working.

The driver helped us to load and off load our stuff.

I received from other companies quotes x2 and x3 times higher to do the same job.

At some point I was worried because I could find mixed reviews on the internet. We had a smooth exp and I would use VanOne again.

This is the second time I've used VanOne to move, and they have done a brilliant job throughout. Every issue was sorted fast and efficiently, and their logistics department were helpful from beginning to end (well done Luis and Lennart!). A special highlight of this time was the driver Nayden Atanasov, without whom I would have had serious back problems by now. He was very thorough in securing my boxes in the truck, and worked tirelessly when helping me carry them to my new flat. He made everything much easier and less stressful than it could have been. He is clearly someone who cares a lot about his work and does it very professionally.

We moved 10m3 of personal belongings from Italy to E.Sussex. We were kept informed throughout by the the logistics team which was very helpful and we would like to thank Lennart in particular who was excellent. The driver arrived at the expected time and helped with loading and although we understand that there was some problem with customs delivery was still on the day expected. Unlike some of the reviews the tracking app worked for us and we were able follow the van which we found very useful. The weather on the day of deliver was awful but the driver was really solicitous in making sure that the furniture and boxes were kept as dry as possible when unloading. If anyone gets Hakim as their driver they will be be fortunate.

Overall we were very pleased with the service from beginning to end

The drivers were so helpful, even if their English was limited. They were careful, patient and understood our stress. Real experts at loading their vans to avoid movement and damage. We were delayed (huge tunnel problem) they arrived at destination before us & waited until the next morning to unload which was fantastic. No problems with the customs despite a complicated situation, the communication with Vanone was excellent, they were helpful from the beginning to the day of the move. Great value for money!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this service was actually really good. Exactly what I was looking for at a pretty good price. The process was very smooth, information was clearly displayed and communication was swift and efficient.

Our driver Alex, though very young, was actually incredibly competent, mindful and helpful. He spent the time to careful pack the items, kept in touch throughout his journey and helped us unload and carry all the items up to the 3rd floor (no lift).

Everything arrived exactly as placed in the van, honestly, couldn't ask for anything more. Exactly as advertised. Would recommend the company, the service and most of all the driver to anyone reading.

Couldn't be more happy with the service provided, got super fast replies from the team at VanOne and everything felt very professional and organized.

The driver Krzysztof was very helpful and kind, he spoke a bit of English but when we struggled we used Google translate so all was fine. The communication with his manager was immaculate - I recieved a phonecall to let me know where the van was the day after pickup and the estimated time frame according to that. When I missed the call on the day before the delivery I got a text message confirming the location of the van and the correct time for delivery. Van picked up my things at 4pm Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden and arrived near Cambridge, UK at 9am Sunday morning. Nothing broken and all still packed the same way as when he left. Nothing but good things to say about this service!
